About the Company

Atlantique Automatismes Incendie (AAI) is an installer of sprinkler fire extinguishing systems in the building sector. With 23 agencies in France and 650 employees, AAI is a leader in fire protection, handling design, prefabrication, installation, operation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all technical, managerial, commercial, and financial aspects from handover to final closing
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project managers, coordinating all stakeholders
• Establish project budgets by collaborating with various departments
• Participate in site meetings and synthesis meetings
• Plan internal teams, subcontractors, and procurement
• Control equipment implementation in accordance with execution studies
• Follow up on tender files including estimation and technical studies
• Manage and monitor subcontracting

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC +5) from an engineering school or equivalent in Building, Industry, or Civil Engineering
• Initial professional experience in the construction (BTP) or industrial sector
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
