About the role
Responsibilities
- Process complex housing transfer request files
- Study and follow up on files identified by partners
- Support tenants in opening potential rights and administrative procedures
- Manage allocations for priority groups, DALO, and adapted PLAI housing
- Meet and inform applicants
- Support tenants in settling into their new homes
- Oversee the processing of guarantee files (FSL, etc.)
- Represent Norevie in exchange and working meetings with partners
- Prepare and participate in meetings and instances (DALO, PDALHPD, and prefecture reservationists)
Requirements
- State Diploma in Social and Family Economy Counseling (CESF) or equivalent social field diploma
- At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally in social housing
- Discretion and sense of confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organization, rigor, and reactivity in managing complex situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of IKOS software
