Chargé d’Industrialisation Niveau 1

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for new products and existing series within the methods department.
• Design machining setups and manage the procurement of cutting tools.
• Develop CNC machining programs and write manufacturing documentation.
• Create machining sequences and routing within the ERP system.
• Ensure the successful production of the first compliant parts.
• Manage the cutting tool database and optimize processes in collaboration with suppliers.
• Act as a technical reference for machines and provide support during breakdowns.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and the implementation of new industrial equipment.

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree in mechanics, production technology, or industrialization.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role or 20 years of experience in machining center operation.
• Strong expertise in machining and operating horizontal or vertical 4-axis machining centers.
• Proficiency with Siemens numerical controls.
• Mechanical design skills and mastery of NX (CAD/CAM) or equivalent software.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Technical English proficiency.
