Chargé d'Exploitation

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery for material handling, loading, unloading, and feeding production zones (approx. 70% of time)
• Ensure strict adherence to safety rules and operational procedures during machinery use
• Organize site works and coordinate activities on the platform (approx. 30% of time)
• Plan equipment maintenance and coordinate transport logistics in collaboration with the Operations Manager
• Monitor the operational functionality and smooth running of the site

Requirements

• Valid CACES R482 certifications in categories B1, C1, and F (mandatory)
• Proven experience operating industrial machinery in a professional environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate field activities
• High level of rigor, autonomy, and ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and awareness
