Chargé d'exploitation

Responsibilities

• Organize, animate, and supervise the operational activities of the waste management platform.
• Welcome and coordinate various stakeholders, including drivers, visitors, and service providers.
• Prepare and supervise exploitation operations, including treatment monitoring, while ensuring quality and safety.
• Assist in developing and following the operational schedule and alert management to any difficulties.
• Manage weighbridge activity to ensure full traceability of incoming and outgoing flows.
• Record and distribute waste tracking data on official online institutional platforms.
• Participate in purchasing operational supplies and managing subcontractors.
• Ensure the compliance, maintenance, and proper use of site equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site personnel.
• Deploy and monitor objectives related to Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSE).

Requirements

• Technical training or confirmed experience in operations or operational management.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, QSE procedures, and labor regulations.
• High level of organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in office tools and ability to interface with clients and suppliers.
