Chargé d'Affaires Outillages/Machines (Apprentice/Intern)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis and qualification of internal client needs
• Contribute to preliminary studies and the definition of technical solutions
• Assist in drafting functional specifications (Cahiers des Charges Fonctionnels)
• Support supplier consultations and the monitoring of calls for tender
• Track project progress including studies, manufacturing, reception, and commissioning
• Contribute to project management regarding costs, quality, and deadlines
• Act as an interface between various departments such as production, methods, quality, and purchasing

Requirements

• Engineering student in your final year (Bac+5)
• Specialization in mechanical engineering, industrialization, or industrial systems
• Knowledge of mechanics, tooling, or special purpose machinery
• Notions of CAD software, ideally CATIA
• Previous experience (internship or project) in an industrial or project management environment is appreciated
