Chargé d'affaires

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of commercial strategy and key account management, including organizing meetings related to tenders and consultations.
• Conduct new client prospecting through physical visits, telephone calls, and mailings, while managing appointments.
• Maintain client relationships by ensuring regular follow-ups, conducting field visits to identify future needs, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Represent the company at commercial events such as trade shows, forums, and congresses.
• Prepare commercial offers by analyzing consultations, managing responses, conducting negotiations, and preparing presentations.
• Coordinate with the Operations department to hand over technical elements for won projects.
• Maintain and update the client database.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bac + 2 degree (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in service-based sales and commercial development.
• Strong mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent oral communication skills and a strong sense of human relations.
• Highly organized, rigorous, and capable of working in a project management mode.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sanitation, industrial cleaning, or network maintenance/rehabilitation.
