Chargé d'Affaires Métallurgie

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control the implementation of metallurgy, piping, and welding works
• Manage operational contingencies and site challenges
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 collaborators, including pipefitters, welders, and site managers
• Ensure the productivity and profitability of the service
• Conduct commercial prospecting and perform cost estimations during the tender phase
• Enforce all safety protocols and regulations on-site

Requirements

• Bac+5 or technical degree in metallurgy, piping, or welding
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the industrial sector
• Proven team management skills
• Experience in commercial prospecting and project estimation
• Strong interpersonal skills and a pragmatic, field-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in service provision or industrial maintenance
