Chargé d’Affaires Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial initiatives with the Agency Manager to engage existing clients and new prospects
• Respond to calls for tender with support from the Design Office technicians
• Manage the technical development of projects in electricity and HVAC (CVC)
• Lead and animate a team of collaborators, including management, quality control, and training
• Ensure the financial health of projects and monitor site progress
• Supervise worksites for professional clients in tertiary, residential, and commercial environments
• Ensure all activities strictly respect hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

• Training in climate engineering (génie climatique) or an experienced self-taught professional
• Proven experience in the HVAC (CVC) sector or similar technical fields
• Strong commercial aptitude and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to unite teams
