Chargé d’Affaires Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance services and technical projects involving electrical, thermal, HVAC, plumbing, and air treatment systems.
• Support commercial development by engaging with existing clients and new prospects.
• Respond to calls for tender and manage the technical development of projects.
• Lead and animate a team of collaborators, including management, quality control, and training.
• Ensure the financial health of projects and monitor site progress.
• Supervise worksites for professional clients, primarily in the tertiary and commercial sectors.
• Guarantee compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or equivalent professional experience as a self-taught expert.
• Proven experience in a similar role within maintenance or technical services.
• Strong commercial aptitude and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to unite and manage teams.
