Chargé d'Affaires/Ingénieur Travaux Réseaux Électriques

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of electrical network projects, from initial study phases to field implementation and commissioning.
• Prepare tender documents (CCTP) and manage the consultation phase with contractors.
• Launch and monitor work orders and contract signatures.
• Supervise civil engineering and network works on-site in both urban and rural environments.
• Oversee work reception and ensure technical databases are kept up to date.
• Prepare meetings, write concise reports, and develop decision-making documentation.
• Potential to evolve into a Pilot role, managing global service delivery, strategic reporting, and team training.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) with at least 2 years of experience, OR a Technician degree (Bac+2/3) in Civil Engineering, Public Works, or Electrotechnics with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of underground network works on public roads.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, OneNote).
• Excellent written communication skills in French for technical notes and specifications.
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) for travel.
• Electrical certification H0V / B0 or willingness to obtain it within 3 months.
• CATEC certification (confined space awareness) or willingness to obtain it within 3 months.
