Chargé d’Affaires en CVC

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial development with existing clients and new prospects
• Respond to tenders with support from the Design Office technicians
• Manage the technical development of HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing projects
• Lead and animate a team of collaborators, including management, quality control, and training
• Ensure the financial health of projects and manage site progress
• Supervise construction sites for professional clients in tertiary, residential, and commercial sectors
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Thermal Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Proven technical knowledge in HVAC (refrigeration, air conditioning, air treatment) and plumbing
• Strong commercial aptitude and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to unite teams
• Experience in project management and site supervision
