Chargé d’Affaires en CVC

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial development with existing clients and new prospects
• Respond to calls for tender and manage technical project development
• Lead and animate a team of collaborators, including management, quality control, and training
• Ensure the financial health of projects and manage site situations
• Supervise HVAC, refrigeration, heating, and plumbing sites for professional clients in tertiary, residential, and commercial sectors
• Ensure all activities comply with hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

• Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Climate Engineering or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in business management (gestion d'affaires)
• Proficiency in office tools and project management software
• Strong customer service orientation, rigor, and autonomy
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing environments
