Chargé d’Affaires en CVC

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial development with existing clients and new prospects
• Respond to tenders and prepare direct quotes
• Manage the technical development of HVAC projects (refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and plumbing)
• Lead and animate a team of collaborators, including quality control and training
• Ensure the financial health and profitability of assigned projects
• Supervise construction sites for professional clients, primarily in the tertiary sector
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

• Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Climate Engineering or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in business management (gestion d'affaires)
• Proficiency in office tools and project management software
• Strong customer service orientation, rigor, and autonomy
• Ability to adapt quickly and react effectively to project needs
