Chargé d'affaires

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation, planning, and execution of medical gas distribution and production projects in hospital settings
• Ensure project compliance with current regulations, contractual commitments, and allocated budgets
• Act as the guarantor of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction from project signing to final reception
• Conduct technical studies and manage large-scale projects following integrated management system standards
• Perform cost estimation and pricing to ensure project profitability
• Monitor monthly site progress and manage administrative closing documents such as DOE and DGD
• Coordinate with various partners including project owners, architects, and engineering offices
• Identify and respond to customer needs through technical studies and commercial offers
• Supervise site teams and ensure the application of safety and quality rules

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC +5) in Engineering or Construction/BTP
• Strong customer orientation and ability to manage client relationships
• Proven teamwork and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings
• Commitment to promoting health and safety culture
