Charcuterie - Traiteur Salesperson

Responsibilities

• Implement and apply professional best practices to sell high-quality products to customers.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, quality, and traceability standards.
• Maintain the department's appearance by managing product presentation, rotation, and handling.
• Provide expert customer service, including welcoming, advising, and selling to clients.
• Manage deliveries and ensure specific department signage and displays are correctly implemented.
• Propose and create attractive product offers to enhance the department's appeal.

Requirements

• CAP/BEP in Charcuterie-Traiteur or Sales.
• Proven experience in retail, large-scale distribution, or artisanal food sales.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and traceability regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to build trust and proximity with customers.
