Responsibilities
- Implement and apply professional best practices to sell high-quality products
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, quality, and traceability standards
- Ensure the department is well-maintained through proper product presentation, rotation, and handling
- Provide expert customer service, including welcoming, advising, and selling to clients
- Manage deliveries and ensure specific department signage and displays are up to date
- Propose and create attractive product offers to enhance the department's appeal
Requirements
- CAP/BEP in Charcuterie Traiteur or Sales
- Proven experience in large-scale retail or artisanal craftsmanship
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset
- Ability to build trust and proximity with customers through expert advice
