About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain a high-performing Enterprise Architecture community, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
- Define, evolve, and promote the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and frameworks
- Provide hands-on architectural guidance and review solution designs for complex, strategic initiatives
- Act as a senior practitioner and mentor, setting the standard for architectural excellence and professional growth
- Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to align architectural direction with business value
- Manage chapter capacity and ensure alignment with short- and long-term organizational goals
- Drive continuous improvement of architectural tools, methods, and governance processes
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in IT, including significant experience as an Enterprise Architect
- Proven track record of designing large-scale solutions within global organizations
- Deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and tools, such as TOGAF and ArchiMate
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and drive change across organizational boundaries
- Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers

- Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities
- Background in the automotive or financial services industries
