Chapter Lead Enterprise Architecture

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a high-performing Enterprise Architecture community, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
• Define, evolve, and promote the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and frameworks
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance and review solution designs for complex, strategic initiatives
• Act as a senior practitioner and mentor, setting the standard for architectural excellence and professional growth
• Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to align architectural direction with business value
• Manage chapter capacity and ensure alignment with short- and long-term organizational goals
• Drive continuous improvement of architectural tools, methods, and governance processes

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in IT, including significant experience as an Enterprise Architect
• Proven track record of designing large-scale solutions within global organizations
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and tools, such as TOGAF and ArchiMate
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and drive change across organizational boundaries
• Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
