Chapter Lead Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a high-performance team of 8 to 10 Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers
• Partner with product leaders, engineering, and commercial strategy to form a unified data-driven strategy
• Support analysis request prioritization with stakeholders and Data Product Managers
• Conduct advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning to extract predictive patterns and business insights
• Review technical outputs to ensure best practices, scalability, and high reuse of data models
• Develop complex data sets and schemas consuming data from multiple internal and external sources
• Maintain high standards for data governance and complex data structures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong foundation in Statistics
• Prior experience in technical management of Data Analyst or Analytics Engineering teams
• Advanced English fluency for working within a global team
• Expertise in SQL, Power BI, and DAX
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git for code versioning
• Experience with cloud data solutions (e.g., Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) and platforms like AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and the Systems Development Life Cycle
