Channels Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement and follow up on partner activation plans, training, and enablement across NetSuite and SAP B1 partners
• Set up and manage HubSpot campaigns, segmentation, lead routing, and partner data hygiene
• Maintain long-term partner relationships through structured business reviews and escalation management
• Represent the company at ERP industry events and partner gatherings
• Identify recurring channel workflows that can be improved with AI-assisted tools or automation
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns and handoffs

Requirements

• 5+ years in channel management, strategic alliances, partner management, or B2B sales/partner marketing
• Mandatory experience with Oracle NetSuite or SAP Business One
• Experience running campaigns and managing leads in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ownership mindset and comfort with shifting priorities
• Interest in using AI and automation to improve partner execution
