About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner strategy across cloud providers, security platforms, MSSPs, MDRs, and GSIs
- Identify, recruit, and activate strategic partners aligned with target customer profiles
- Create partner program frameworks, deal registration, and incentive structures
- Develop joint sales plays, campaigns, and co-sell motions
- Build partner enablement assets including training, demo environments, and technical documentation
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue outcomes
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or business development
- 3+ years within cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure
- Proven success building partner programs in early-stage or growth-stage environments
- Demonstrated ability to generate measurable pipeline and revenue through partnerships
- Strong network of channel and tech alliance partners
- Ability to build scalable processes and operate in ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as the first partnerships hire at a cybersecurity startup
- Experience scaling companies from Series A through growth stage
- Background in sales engineering, product management, or enterprise sales
- Experience with cloud marketplaces and co-sell programs
- Existing relationships with AWS, CrowdStrike, Google, or major GSIs
- Familiarity with AI-native security and enterprise security architectures
