About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partner strategy across cloud providers, security platforms, MSSPs, MDRs, and GSIs
  • Identify, recruit, and activate strategic partners aligned with target customer profiles
  • Create partner program frameworks, deal registration, and incentive structures
  • Develop joint sales plays, campaigns, and co-sell motions
  • Build partner enablement assets including training, demo environments, and technical documentation
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue outcomes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or business development
  • 3+ years within cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure
  • Proven success building partner programs in early-stage or growth-stage environments
  • Demonstrated ability to generate measurable pipeline and revenue through partnerships
  • Strong network of channel and tech alliance partners
  • Ability to build scalable processes and operate in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as the first partnerships hire at a cybersecurity startup
  • Experience scaling companies from Series A through growth stage
  • Background in sales engineering, product management, or enterprise sales
  • Experience with cloud marketplaces and co-sell programs
  • Existing relationships with AWS, CrowdStrike, Google, or major GSIs
  • Familiarity with AI-native security and enterprise security architectures
