Channel Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor strategic channels to ensure effective implementation of corporate alliances and referral programs.
• Provide operational support to corporate universities, including admission follow-ups and database management.
• Assist in the design, communication, and execution of referral campaigns and continuity strategies.
• Maintain and update databases for mailing and communication purposes.
• Monitor conversion indicators and response times across different channels.
• Audit documentation within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Prepare operational performance reports by channel and identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or administration within an educational context.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Creative approach to problem-solving and strategy execution.
