About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute approved digital and social content plans across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and trafficking of content on platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, X, and YouTube
  • Partner with creative teams to optimize and resize content assets for specific digital formats
  • Perform in-flight optimizations such as timing adjustments, format swaps, and CTA refinements
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on copy, links, tags, and metadata to ensure accuracy
  • Track platform-level performance metrics and prepare initial summaries and dashboards
  • Support the implementation of AI-driven tools to streamline content development and publishing
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone-of-voice standards, and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content operations
  • Hands-on experience with major social platforms and both paid and organic social execution
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social publishing tools
  • Experience with or familiarity with AI-based marketing tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
