Channel Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct implementation of Go-to-Market (G2M) strategies
• Define development plans for each distributor to ensure BD's value proposition reaches end users
• Align distributor quotas with business budgets and ensure fulfillment
• Develop and execute loyalty plans for assigned distributors
• Manage and analyze Sell Out information to drive strategic planning and identify business opportunities
• Conduct territorial analysis to understand the potential of indirect accounts
• Define ideal strategic partners and analyze current G2M situations for assigned business units
• Execute product launch plans and ensure successful market entry
• Guarantee the correct execution of defined pricing strategies

Requirements

• University degree in health, commercial areas, or related fields
• 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
• Proven experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Intermediate English proficiency (verbal, written, and reading)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration
