About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation through the partner ecosystem
- Onboard and activate new partners and digital aggregators
- Improve conversion rates through regular follow-ups and tracking
- Execute partner agreements and manage necessary documentation
- Handle partner invoicing and payout processes
- Train partner teams on product offerings and sales approaches
- Collaborate with counsellors to ensure consistent performance
- Monitor and achieve monthly business targets
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or EdTech
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Target-driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn
