About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation through the partner ecosystem
  • Onboard and activate new partners and digital aggregators
  • Improve conversion rates through regular follow-ups and tracking
  • Execute partner agreements and manage necessary documentation
  • Handle partner invoicing and payout processes
  • Train partner teams on product offerings and sales approaches
  • Collaborate with counsellors to ensure consistent performance
  • Monitor and achieve monthly business targets

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or EdTech
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of CRM tools
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn
