About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners across the Japanese retail ecosystem
- Drive business growth by activating partner networks and generating new sales opportunities
- Build and execute joint business plans with partners to accelerate market penetration
- Lead or support customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Prepare solution recommendations, commercial proposals, and preliminary project estimations
- Support pricing discussions and commercial negotiations with customers and partners
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting within CRM tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Solution Sales
- Experience in technology-driven environments (software, hardware, IoT, or SaaS)
- Experience managing indirect sales channels or strategic partnerships
- Native-level Japanese
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
