About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners across the Japanese retail ecosystem
  • Drive business growth by activating partner networks and generating new sales opportunities
  • Build and execute joint business plans with partners to accelerate market penetration
  • Lead or support customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
  • Prepare solution recommendations, commercial proposals, and preliminary project estimations
  • Support pricing discussions and commercial negotiations with customers and partners
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting within CRM tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Solution Sales
  • Experience in technology-driven environments (software, hardware, IoT, or SaaS)
  • Experience managing indirect sales channels or strategic partnerships
  • Native-level Japanese
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
