About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale a $1M territory by building and managing strategic partner relationships to drive revenue growth in the India market.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies and partner development plans.
  • Connect with partner executive leadership to align business goals and orchestrate Go-To-Market (GTM) motions.
  • Manage co-selling activities, deal registration, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with key channel partners and act as a primary point of escalation.
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver enablement programs and sales tools.
  • Monitor partner performance and KPIs, providing regular updates and actionable insights to management.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management.
  • Proven experience managing partner sales and alliances within a cybersecurity IAM environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue ownership and hitting territory quotas.
  • Advanced operational knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and Impartner.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Gemini for workflows and insights.
  • Experience using Gong to analyze partner calls and optimize sales execution.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner ecosystems in the India market.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in the India Market Channel Sales sector.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory or similar identity management products and market positioning.
