About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of relationships with VARs and end-users in the assigned region
  • Manage channels and drive sales activities to meet or exceed financial objectives
  • Build and maintain aggressive account growth plans for top customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations, regional trade shows, and product roadshows
  • Own RFP responses and submittals within the local territory
  • Provide strategic market feedback and facilitate internal resource connections
  • Execute plans to support customer and market training needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Physical Security, preferably Physical Access Control
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with an OEM, preferably in Access Control
  • Strong domain expertise in Access Control, Access Management, Physical Security, Mobile Credentials, Smart Identities, and Biometrics
  • Existing relationships with architects, integration partners, and end customers
  • Proven track record in Access Control sales and partner network management
