Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and ambassador for partners to ensure success
• Proactively communicate with the current partner base to secure deals and generate referrals
• Guide partners through onboarding and enablement processes for new systems
• Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to help partners sell SaaS solutions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive engagement
• Analyze partner performance and provide growth recommendations
• Drive revenue and unit sales through new and existing reseller partnerships
• Forecast and track key account metrics and sales activity levels
• Coach the reseller network via meetings, platform training, and webinars
• Conduct regular business review meetings with assigned resellers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or similar in FinTech or SaaS
• Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships and driving revenue
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Ability to conduct software demos and training
• Strong understanding of the FinTech industry trends and challenges
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail
