Channel Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective partners and clients to identify requirements and position products effectively
• Act as the primary technical contact for prospective partners and clients
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to implement and manage technical proof-of-values (POVs)
• Educate current partners on KnowBe4 products to enable technical enablement and client support
• Investigate, document, and communicate technical issues to the development team or clients
• Create and maintain test environments for qualified partners
• Address technical issues that may impede the closing of sales opportunities

Requirements

• 2 years of technical sales or sales engineering experience
• Proven technical troubleshooting and analysis ability
• Proficiency in Gmail and Google Docs
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaborative and teamwork skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or related field of study
