Channel Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective partners and clients to define technical requirements and position products effectively.
• Facilitate the sale of products by communicating directly with partners and their prospects to maintain strong collaborative relationships.
• Work alongside Channel Account Managers to implement and manage technical proof-of-values (POVs).
• Educate current partners on KnowBe4 products to enable technical enablement and support for their clients.
• Investigate, document, and communicate technical issues to the development team or clients as required.
• Create and maintain test environments for qualified partners.
• Act as the primary technical contact for prospective partners and clients.

Requirements

• 2 years of technical sales or sales engineering experience required.
• Proven technical troubleshooting and analysis ability.
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience using web browsers such as Chrome and Internet Explorer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• A 2-year technical degree is preferred.
