About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and own the Channel Plan for the assigned South Hispanic territory
  • Manage channel segmentation and define partner tiers to ensure appropriate benefit delivery
  • Conduct joint business planning with channel partners to follow up on activities and results
  • Own relationships with distributors and integrators, facilitating interaction with internal teams
  • Conduct customer visits and technical-commercial meetings alongside channel partners
  • Support the development of commercial proposals and value-based solutions
  • Coordinate marketing activities to increase channel engagement and business opportunities
  • Analyze market insights and end-customer behavior to support sales growth
  • Define competence development plans to ensure partner self-sufficiency in product knowledge
  • Maintain CRM and sales tools to ensure pipeline visibility and monitor KPIs/OKRs

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field)
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, channel sales, or distributor management
  • Proven experience in B2B or industrial environments
  • Experience working with commercial KPIs, pipelines, and sales planning tools
  • Intermediate English level
  • Availability to travel internationally
