About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the AMR channel strategy in Japan including distributors, resellers, and SIs
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard target partners
  • Co-lead AMR go-to-market strategies with partners, focusing on use-case definition and value proposition design
  • Define and operate partner KPIs such as pipeline, win rate, and deployments
  • Enable partners through AMR training, sales materials, and playbooks
  • Track market and competitor trends to inform channel initiatives
  • Design channel governance and report progress to leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years of AMR-focused channel sales experience (distributor/reseller)
  • Strong existing network with Japan-based System Integrators (SIs)
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience in robotics, automation, logistics, or manufacturing industries
  • Experience with partner program design, including tiers and incentives
  • Proficiency in forecasting, KPI operations, and data-driven performance improvement
  • Experience working within a startup environment
