About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across print channels and key customer accounts within the Indian Subcontinent
  • Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners to identify growth opportunities
  • Support sales planning activities, including revenue forecasting, inventory planning, and trend analysis
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
  • Partner with internal Marketing, Product, and Regional teams to execute business plans
  • Support e-Commerce and channel partners with product assets, pricing, and sales tools
  • Track channel performance and proactively address risks impacting business outcomes
  • Provide product knowledge and sales enablement initiatives to partners

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Account Management, Print Business, Publishing, or Distribution management
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and business reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical publishing industry
  • Previous exposure to the print-related industry
