Channel Retail Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop new strategic retail solution partners to drive growth in the Retail Solutions segment
• Define and implement sales strategies and plans to outperform quotas and deliver net profit
• Manage the sales funnel and provide accurate forecasting for the assigned region
• Sell HP Retail Solutions, including POS, Digital Signage, Store Mobility, and Kiosk products, to strategic partners
• Create and execute tactical and strategic territory coverage business plans
• Act as a subject matter expert in retail solutions to provide guidance on process improvements
• Interface at all levels of the partner community, including executive leadership

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, specifically within the retail segment
• Proven expertise in selling Retail Solutions in complex environments
• Demonstrated success in building and managing large territories of retail partners
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex business issues
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
