About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop new strategic Retail Solution partners to drive growth in the US Retail Solutions segment.
  • Define and implement sales strategies and plans to outperform quotas and deliver net profit.
  • Manage the sales funnel and provide accurate forecasting for the assigned region.
  • Sell HP Retail Solutions, including POS, Digital Signage, Store Mobility, and Kiosk solutions, to strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute tactical and strategic territory coverage business plans.
  • Capture and share competitive win/loss experiences to improve market positioning.
  • Interface at all levels of the partner community, including executive leadership.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Retail Solutions to provide guidance on process improvements.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience selling Retail Solutions in complex environments.
  • Proven track record of selling to and developing channel partners within the retail segment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing large territories of retail partners.
  • Strong sales funnel management and territory management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle diverse complexities.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of advanced sales experience.
  • Deep technical and ROI/TCO knowledge of product offerings.
  • Experience with high-level customer interface and executive relationship management.
