Channel Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Educate partners on the Airwallex product suite and manage day-to-day operations and maintenance.
• Nurture and deepen relationships with key partners to strengthen executive-level connections.
• Devise and execute initiatives and campaigns to drive scalable growth across partner groups.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks or objections to obtain buy-in from partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in partnership, marketing, or business development.
• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with internal and external leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development.
• Background in sales or working within a tech/fast-growing startup environment.
