About the Company

Light is building the digital energy infrastructure for a sustainable future. Through a utility-as-API platform, Light enables companies from automakers to solar providers to offer integrated, branded electricity plans, making clean energy convenient and accessible.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel strategies across the solar, storage, and electrification ecosystem
  • Build strategic relationships with industry participants to accelerate adoption and improve customer economics
  • Develop partnerships with technology platforms and software providers to embed Light into industry workflows
  • Create programs to increase awareness and attach rates across sales organizations and installers
  • Develop and refine commercial frameworks for partnerships, sponsorships, and referrals
  • Represent Light at conferences, industry events, and partner meetings

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, channels, or sales
  • Deep knowledge of the solar, storage, home electrification, or broader energy ecosystem
  • Proven ability to develop high-level strategy and execute it
  • Strong relationship-building skills with industry credibility
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Commercially minded with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
