Channel Partner Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned revenue targets through channel partners
• Research, identify, qualify, and screen potential partners aligned with target profiles
• Drive monthly partner alignment sessions to review pipelines and develop account penetration strategies
• Provide partner and market feedback to internal sales, product, and marketing functions
• Provide training and support to agency partners
• Implement strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
• Assist in field marketing activities such as trade shows and sales presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales plans

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the media and advertising industry
• Direct exposure to activation and measurement data and solutions
• Experience sourcing and forming business relationships with channel partners at the CXO level
• Proficiency in HubSpot or relevant CRM, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to build reports informing leadership about historical and expected results
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

• Proven experience as a Channel Partner Sales Manager
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
