About the Company

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies. Ramp recently acquired Juno to tackle guest travel and expense management, operating Juno as a high-growth startup within the Ramp ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined portfolio of Travel Management Company (TMC) partners as the primary point of contact
  • Design and execute GTM plans to convert signed agreements into active, revenue-generating pipelines
  • Drive top-of-funnel referral volume and support the closing of referred client opportunities
  • Build and deliver enablement programs, including pitch decks, demo scripts, and objection-handling guides
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partner leadership to align on goals and track progress
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence roadmap and co-marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of work experience
  • At least 3 years in Channel Partner Management, Partnership Sales, Business Development, or Partner Success
  • Proven track record of activating and deepening existing channel relationships
  • Experience running structured enablement programs for partner sales teams
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and AI tools
  • High agency and ownership mentality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep familiarity with the corporate travel ecosystem and TMC operating models
  • Familiarity with guest travel, non-employee travel, or relocation product categories
  • Experience in a channel role at a scaling SaaS company
  • Background in fintech or expense management
