About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio growth by developing and implementing 3-year strategic plans, line plans, and account-specific business plans.
  • Manage SBU responsibilities including sales, margins, expenses, and operating income.
  • Customize the execution of national promotional strategies across brands and customer experiences.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external creative teams, agencies, and vendors to develop integrated communication materials.
  • Oversee marketing management tasks including SAP SKU structuring, forecasting, asset management, and service level analysis.
  • Act as a key point of contact for US and Global Marketing teams to co-develop innovative product launch plans.
  • Educate the sales force and customers on emerging trends and provide product knowledge for key account presentations.
  • Coordinate promotional product launches, including bonus packs and merchandisers.

Requirements

  • College or University graduate, preferably with a background in Business or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a sales or marketing professional with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proven experience in campaign and promotion development and execution.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience closely supporting sales in a similar role.
  • Strong product knowledge within relevant industries.
