About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio growth by managing sales, margins, expenses, and operating income
- Develop and implement three-year strategic plans, line plans, and channel-specific business plans
- Customize the execution of national promotional strategies across brands and products
- Manage relationships with internal and external creative teams, agencies, and vendors
- Oversee marketing management tasks including SAP SKU structuring, forecasting, and asset management
- Co-develop innovative product launch plans in collaboration with US and Canadian teams
- Educate sales teams and customers on emerging trends and product solutions
- Provide regular communication of marketing activities to logistics, sales, and global counterparts
Requirements
- College or University graduate, preferably with a Business or Marketing background
- 3-5 years of experience as a sales or marketing professional
- Proven experience in campaign and promotion development and execution
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales in a similar professional role
- Strong product knowledge within the industry
