About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic channel marketing plans, including product launches, advertising, merchandising, and social media.
  • Manage key retail media initiatives, specifically Lowe's One Roof Media and Home Depot Orange Apron Media.
  • Create diverse marketing assets such as POP, video, photography, and sales enablement tools for DIYers, contractors, and architects.
  • Drive lead generation through digital campaigns and marketing automation platforms.
  • Deliver product training to internal and external stakeholders regarding applications and installation best practices.
  • Monitor performance metrics, tracking sales targets and measuring marketing contribution to revenue growth.
  • Provide market insights and field feedback to the Product Management team to support business planning.
  • Lead regional initiatives and support national trade show efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Marketing or Sales experience, preferably within the building materials industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Direct experience managing retail media platforms for Lowe's One Roof Media and Home Depot Orange Apron Media.
  • Proven experience working with field sales and understanding channel dynamics.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools including Marketo, Google Data Studio, Dynamics CRM, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar business systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
