Channel Marketing Manager - Emerging Markets

Responsibilities

• Lead channel marketing initiatives in partnership with regional channel, sales, and EMEA marketing leadership
• Develop and execute joint marketing programs with distributors, resellers, and system integrators
• Manage MDF budgets while ensuring transparency, ROI tracking, and alignment with business goals
• Build strong relationships with local and regional partners to drive collaboration and mutual success
• Design and implement localized integrated campaigns tailored to emerging market dynamics
• Drive field marketing activities including events, partner activations, and customer engagement programs
• Measure campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize based on insights and partner feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, enable partners, and amplify success stories

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a clear focus on channel marketing in tech or SaaS
• Proven success in building and scaling partner marketing programs within the EMEA market
• Deep understanding of SaaS, UCaaS, and collaboration technologies
• Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in cross-functional environments
• Experience managing marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI
