Channel Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Create customized channel and customer promotions, products, and packaging configurations.
• Conduct market product and packaging gap analysis using syndicated data and visual store checks.
• Manage projects from initial idea through to commercialization using company project management systems.
• Develop sales collateral and PowerPoint presentations to support account Sales Managers during customer sell-in.
• Execute and manage new item mixes and custom displays, including graphics, specifications, and UPCs.
• Perform profitability analysis on new items and displays to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to coordinate marketing details for accepted programs.
• Contribute to digital marketing planning and e-commerce account planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing, preferably in a trade marketing role.
• Proven experience with point-of-purchase (POP) display development and packaging graphic development.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Oracle.
• Experience with syndicated POS data such as Nielsen or IRI.
• Experience with New Product Development (NPD) processes.
