Channel Manager/Line Producer

Responsibilities

• Own all production planning including scheduling, budgeting, location, crew, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Build and manage the channel production budget and track spend in real time
• Produce every shoot on set, managing the daily schedule and ensuring creative needs are met
• Source, vet, and manage production contractors and vendors
• Coordinate talent logistics including travel, accommodations, and on-set care
• Liaise with the GM on financial performance and production capacity planning
• Build and document production systems to allow the channel to scale

Requirements

• 4–7+ years in production management, line producing, or channel operations for YouTube or digital video
• Proven ability to manage production budgets and schedules from pre-production through delivery
• Experience producing on-location shoots with lean crews in fast-moving environments
• Exceptional organizational precision and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to work onsite in Greenville, NC

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with YouTube channel operations, asset management, and upload pipelines
• Experience building production infrastructure from scratch
• Existing relationships with production crew or vendors in the Southeast US
• Background in lifestyle, culinary, or unscripted production
