Channel Manager, Orthodontics

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end orthodontic channel strategy for Invisalign and iTero across the ANZ market.
• Develop and execute market-led growth strategies, including portfolio optimization and competitive analysis.
• Identify new growth opportunities through portfolio expansion, cross-selling, and improved adoption.
• Translate orthodontic segment needs into compelling value propositions using clinical and technical expertise.
• Manage the orthodontic marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and return on investment.
• Drive the Annual Business Planning (ABP) process and lead go-to-market execution for new launches.
• Partner with Clinical, Sales, and Finance teams to align educational events and commercial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Dental (MBA or Dental qualifications highly regarded).
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, channel management, or commercial roles.
• Proven experience within the healthcare, medical device, dental, or orthodontics industry.
• Strong strategic capability with the ability to develop and execute complex growth plans.
• High clinical and technical aptitude to communicate specialized orthodontic concepts.
• Strong analytical skills to translate market and customer insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for a fast-paced matrix environment.
