About the role

Responsibilities

  • Acquire franchisees, DIGI partners, and remisier networks
  • Generate business through established partner channels
  • Build rapport with partners and assist in onboarding their clients across various products
  • Conduct partner training for Direct Equity and investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to distributors
  • Support distributors by participating in joint client calls

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the broking industry
  • B2B experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of equity broking, mutual funds, PMS, and investment products
  • Ability to engage and support partners effectively
  • Goal-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to stay updated on capital markets and investment trends
