About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire franchisees, DIGI partners, and remisier networks
- Generate business through established partner channels
- Build rapport with partners and assist in onboarding their clients across various products
- Conduct partner training for Direct Equity and investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to distributors
- Support distributors by participating in joint client calls
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the broking industry
- B2B experience preferred
- Strong understanding of equity broking, mutual funds, PMS, and investment products
- Ability to engage and support partners effectively
- Goal-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to stay updated on capital markets and investment trends
