About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, evaluate, implement, and develop new commercial partners
  • Conduct negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements
  • Execute the regional sales channel strategy for the Northeast region
  • Develop growth plans and monitor indicators such as sell-in, sell-out, volume, and margin
  • Plan commercial training sessions and incentive campaigns
  • Ensure commercial governance and compliance
  • Work in synergy with the local commercial team and internal departments
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies

Requirements

  • Completed higher education degree
  • Experience managing sales channels, distributors, resellers, or strategic partners
  • Proven experience in indirect sales (sell-in/sell-out)
  • Experience in commercial planning and channel activation
  • Availability for travel
  • Preference for candidates residing in Recife or the surrounding region
