About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, evaluate, implement, and develop new commercial partners
- Conduct negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Execute the regional sales channel strategy
- Develop growth plans and monitor indicators such as sell-in, sell-out, volume, and margin
- Plan commercial training and incentive campaigns
- Ensure commercial governance and compliance
- Work in synergy with the local commercial team and internal departments
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree
- Experience with sales channels, distributors, resellers, or strategic partners
- Experience in indirect sales (sell-in/sell-out)
- Experience in commercial planning and channel activation
- Availability for travel
- Preference for candidates residing in Porto Velho/RO or the surrounding region
